Did you get the new Nada Surf album yet? I told you it was good so you should have gone out to get it. If you haven’t, don’t worry there is still time. But also, hurry up because you are missing some valuable Nada Surf listening time.
And if you, for some unknown reason, still need more convincing, here is a free (FREE!) download of the best song from Nada Surf’s new album (courtesy of Sound It Out).
Nada Surf’s “Waiting For Something:”
If you didn’t figure it out, you click on the little down arrow to download the song. But you got that, right? You guys are smart.

M.I.A. is back with a new video everybody! And you know what? This one, while still a little crazy, is only half as crazy as the stuff we usually see from M.I.A. The new video, for the song “Bad Girls” features a bunch of militant looking women rollin’ with their homies. Like they do. As with most M.I.A., you can certainly dance to this. So… enjoy.
M.I.A.‘s video for “Bad Girls:”
I want one of those plexi-glass cars!

R. Kelly. Stop giggling! We aren’t going to talk about that anymore. I feel like we all need to move on from that. I think it’s time. So let’s try.
R. Kelly has a new song out. It’s called “Share My Love.” Really? God damn you R. Kelly. You aren’t making this easy on us. The song is… um, we… uh… damn it. We can’t think of anything else right now except for the stuff we said we weren’t gonna talk about. Damn.
Oh well. Here’s the song. You can dance to it so go ahead and dance to it while you try not to think about the thing we said we weren’t gonna talk about.
R. Kelly’s “Share My Love:”
Pee.

It’s time to look back on some stuff that we meant to post but didn’t and then turn right around and post something brand new(ish).
First up is a fun little video from Dananananaykroyd for the song “Muscle Memory” that the band posted a while back. This video is pretty much exactly what my workout regimen looks like. Except mine is less Addidas and more spandex.
Dananananaykroyd’s “Muscle Memory:”
Next up we have a new video from Florence & The Machine. This video, for the song “Lover To Lover,” is pretty boring. It’s just Florence singing on a stage. Boring! Where are the slow motion shots of birds and falling and racism (just kidding) that were in all the other Florence & The Machine videos?
Florence & The Machine’s “Lover to Lover” video:There sure seems to be a large number of animated videos lately. Or is it the same amount of animated videos as always but I am just noticing more of them and posting more of them? We’ll probably never know the answer to that. One of life’s most interesting mysteries.
Anywho, Margot and the Nuclear So and So’s have released a video for the new song “Prozac Rock” and it’s animated. The video has a dude bouncing a basketball and eating money? I guess? I’m not real sure.
Here’s the video courtesy of Paste Magazine:
Margot’s new album, Rot Gut, Domestic, comes out in March.
