R. Kelly has a new song out. It’s called “Share My Love.” Really? God damn you R. Kelly. You aren’t making this easy on us. The song is… um, we… uh… damn it. We can’t think of anything else right now except for the stuff we said we weren’t gonna talk about. Damn.

Here another round of Something Old and Something New… or vice versa. Whatever. We can’t afford to get hung on on semantics here. You know what I’m saying? You totally know what I’m saying.

Well today we have a brand new song from R. Kelly. Yay? I’m not a fan. I know he still is popular and people still like him and he wins awards and stuff but I’ve never been able to get past him. He’s a weird dude. And I’m not just talking about the “pee” thing. I’m talking about the fact that he’s a weird dude. He’s always been a weird dude and I’ve always had a pretty severe “stranger danger” reaction to him so I tend to stay away. But maybe that’s not the case for you. FRIDAY DANCE PARTY!

I’m trying to get excited but it’s not really working. I had a long night and as a result I am woefully unprepared to do this. This = everything. But I can confirm that The Wooden Birds are really great live so you should go see them if you have the chance.

But it is Friday and we should get the blood moving with a dance video. Here’s one from R. Kelly. I haven’t watched it or listened to it yet so I am taking a gamble that it actually is a danceable song. So here it goes.

It’s been brought to my attention that the last R. Kelly Friday Dance Party video I posted wasn’t a good R. Kelly Friday Dance Party video because it was “too god damn slow to shake your ass to.”

I guess that’s what happens when I don’t listen to the song or watch the video before I post the R. Kelly Friday Dance Party video. However I HAVE listened to and watched this video and I think it is more than appropriate for a R. Kelly Friday Dance Party video. It’s not a super bouncy “club” video but it’ll do pig… it’ll do.

Shit yeah!

It turns out I didn’t have to look very hard in order to keep my promise of a Friday R. Kelly Dance Party! The dude just released a new video for the song “When A Woman Loves.” And guess what? It doesn’t feature the dude peeing on anything! Lame, I know.

But seriously, when is the “R. Kelly peeing on underage girls” joke gonna get old? I need to know because I REALLY like making those jokes. I hope that is a joke we can make forever. It’s just too good and fun of a joke to not make EVERY TIME someone talks about R. Kelly. I don’t care what else the dude does in his life – he could cure cancer – and we should all still continue to make “R. Kelly peeing on underage girls” jokes for the rest of forever. I’m just sayin’…

But that has nothing to do with the scheduled R. Kelly Friday Dance Party. So let’s get this shit started!
